At an emergency meeting of the LCUSD Board of Education today the Board took action to require a negative Covid-19 test for all students and staff in order to return to school for in-person learning.  Additionally, the Governing Board took action to delay the post-holiday return to campus for in-person instruction until Thursday, January 6, 2022.  Please be advised that tomorrow, Wednesday, January 5, will be an at-home instructional day with teachers posting assignments, preparing packets, or opting to instruct via zoom according to the daily bell schedule.  Teachers will be notifying students and/or families directly regarding the format for their Wednesday (tomorrow’s) instruction.
